Best New IP - Watch Dogs

Ubisoft blew everyone away with the reveal of Watch Dogs, a brand new IP that features hacking and surveillance as its primary gameplay draws. The main character can hack any electronic device tied into the city's central operating system and turns that ability into a weapon in new and imaginative ways. The game will feature co-op gameplay guaranteed to be some of the most exciting action-gunplay on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 to date.

While Assassin's Creed III and Beyond: Two Souls are very impressive titles, Naughty Dog's next title, The Last of Us takes the cake. The game doesn't break a whole lot of new ground in the way of gameplay but it's the collaboration between gunplay, survival gameplay, mechanics, and graphics that make this the must have game of E3.
