Zombies, everywhere!

To the meat grinder (cntd)

Filling the role of Creator and Commander can be a handful at times, however the interface is streamlined to allow quick multiple actions that will allow domination of your urban battlefield. The player will be capable of sending either all his zombies to overrun one target or position, or use cunning and strategy and split the force up. Send those meat shield Shamblers up the center while the Runners advance at frightening speed from either flank, then just sit back and watch the carnage. If you prefer to lead by example however, lead the charge yourself by taking control of your own units in a first person environment and relish the hunt as you personally tear your victims asunder.

Gore galore

The combat and physics are stunning and disturbingly lifelike. Your horde will chase down and corner the helpless citizens of the city, ripping and tearing live flesh from the very bone as they feast upon the living to the sounds of snapping of bone and the screams of the dying. The leftovers of the meal may in turn be revived to join their zombie brethren. The graphics will make full use of the new generation video and physics and will have a cinematic quality to the chaos and gore.

So what else could a Zombie Master ask for from his horde as he overruns the helpless citizens of a doomed city? Well, how about online play for one. Oh yes, the potential for sweet chaos is multiplied tenfold by an online play function that will allow several different play styles to be experienced.

In the multiplayer environment, play as the Enslaver against human opponents as they desperately try and beat back your advance or play as a desperate human survivor in a classic fight for your life in a city chuck full of undead.

Joyous carnage

Possession is currently set for a tentative 2007 release, though no solid date has been set as of yet. Enthusiasts can only hope to bring home such joyous carnage sooner then later, but rest assured the development of Possession will be closely watched indeed.
