In Today's Douche News: GameStop Removing OnLive Coupon From Copies Of Deus Ex: HR PC
According to a report by Game Spy, the mega video game retailer GameStop have been intentionally removing the OnLive code coupons that come with new copies of the game for the PC version.
Apparently an anonymous employee for the retailer dropped the dime on the video game giant and stated that instructions passed down from supervisors in each individual stores stating that the code coupons were to be removed.
This was confirmed by Beth Sharum, a GameStop representative, stating;
“Square Enix packed the competitor’s coupon with our DXHR product without our prior knowledge and we did pull and discard these coupons.”
